HI, I'M JESSICA!

Are you newly diagnosed and feeling numb, alone, and terrified? Or are your treatments over and you're left standing in a pile of rubble that used to be your life?

I get it. I'm 10 years out from my stage IV diagnosis and to be honest, I'm still a work in progress. But I see now that there is light at the end of that long dreary tunnel, even if the statistics say otherwise.

That's why I want to help you, no matter where you are in your cancer journey.

Current cancer patient? I recommend reading A Cancer Made Mess, which is filled with raw and authentic moments that I hope help you realize you aren't alone. I also suggest for you to check out my blog which shares advice and lessons learned along the way.

Survivor? You'll want to head on over to the Hope After Cancer platform which is filled with emotional/mental healing resources, relatable blog posts, and first hand accounts of the life after cancer struggles.

But no matter which one you are, to start off, I would also like to share with you 5 Ways to Cope With Cancer for free. You can get the PDF by signing up for the newsletter here.
